Refunds & Cancellations

  • Non-refundable: All membership fees (Monthly or Annual Pro) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

  • Billing cycle: Your card will be charged on the day you subscribe and then automatically on the same date each month (or year, if you choose an annual plan).

  • Auto-renewal: Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.

  • How to cancel: You can cancel anytime by:

    • Logging into your Born Replica Account → Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or

    • Emailing hello@bornreplica.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

  • Access after cancellation: You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period, then your account will revert to the Free tier.

  • No partial refunds: We do not issue refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

  • Price changes: If membership pricing changes, we’ll notify you at least 14 days in advance.
